Mindful Performance Enhancement (mPEAK)

Enhance your capacity for mindfulness related to peak performance, resilience, focus and “flow.”

mPEAK is an eight-week online (or 2+ day intensive) training program for individuals who push themselves towards excellence. This intensive course in mindfulness draws upon scientifically proven practices to expand what is possible in your life and career. Create conditions to attain performance and well-being goals and help develop the skills to support you along the way.

mPEAK is an evidence-based, empirically researched course developed at the School of Medicine, Centre for Mindfulness at the University California, San Diego.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Cultivate a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life.

This course is intended to develop the innate ability to cultivate mindfulness over “mindlessness” – moments when we are unaware of where we are, what we are feeling and why we are doing what we are doing. Quite frequently, those are the moments that contribute most to our suffering. Mindfulness-based groups have a huge and growing body of research supporting their usefulness to address these issues.
