Gain mastery of full presence and exceptional performance

Together, we’ll identify 3-4 specific goals to work on throughout our time together based on an initial goal-setting exercise. Then we will:

✔️ Increase your ability to maintain calm under pressure and access deep inner flow through mindfulness training that changes your neural pathways.

✔️ Manage anxiety, burnout, overwhelm and your inner critic with custom tools and practices you can apply anywhere and anytime.

✔️ Support you in achieving your biggest goals while you master a deeper sense of presence as you build important mental fitness skills (in addition to awareness, agility, and attention).

10 month coaching period.
Biweekly schedule: 1 hr every two weeks. Up to 20 sessions

Executive / Leader / Coach

Gain mastery of full presence for you and the people you lead

Together, we’ll identify 3-4 specific goals to work on throughout our time together based on an initial goal-setting exercise. Then we will:

Youth / Development Athlete

Your foundation to greater performance and mindfulness

Together, we’ll identify 1-2 specific goals to work on throughout our time together based on an initial goal-setting and visualization exercise. Then we will:

✔️ Build a solid mental foundation of resilience by showing you basic ways to apply mindfulness in your life.

✔️ Manage anxiety, burnout, overwhelm and your inner critic with tools and practices you can use anywhere and anytime.

✔️ Support you in achieving your desired goals while you build your mental fitness skills of awareness, agility, and attention.

3 month coaching period.
Weekly schedule: 1 hr every week. Up to 10 sessions

With our coaching packages, you also get:

  • Journal prompts for reflection and introspection
  • Insight practices to recognize what is serving your performance and what might be holding you back
  • Visualization exercises for holding a strong personal space for life’s challenges
  • Over ten formal practice trainings designed to meet your objectives, including audio recordings to support your personal growth

  • Guide for a mindful silent hiking activity that connects with your unwavering stability of inner presence
  • Session follow-up email and support materials for reference

Individual coaching sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom. However, an initial in-person is beneficial, if possible.
